The Accelerated Leader Development model links the Personal & Group report the school receives from the 360 assessment tool, to actual leadership projects within the school.

Over a period of 12-18 months, the leadership projects are linked to the key areas of leadership strengths development highlighted in the report. At specific intervals, you will be invited to engage in learning that will support your development as a leader, and mentored by either internal or external individuals, to help you embed this learning into your leadership of the specific project being undertaken.

In so doing, not only is an environment created where the learning is embedded, but you will have the support in place to maximise the impact of the learning on your development as a leader.
