leadership

The training videos housed in this section of dendrite are designed to support your personal learning journey around key leadership competencies.

As a leader, it is now widely recognised that your success will rely on the effectiveness of your areas of strength, rather than the improvement of weakness. Your focus therefore, from a learning perspective, must rest in areas you know to be capabilities rather than liabilities, and only where liabilities are extreme and damaging to your performance as a leader, should you worry about development.

Whether it is through our 360 assessment tools, or those used by your firm, select areas of leadership competence where natural strength exists, and leverage the developmental videos housed here, or other resources housed on the Learning Partnership site, to support your constant improvement and development of these strengths.

We have categorised broad leadership areas into three parts;

Leading self

Leading teams

Leading the organisation

Leadership or Business Skills

The first three areas are your starting point for development, and relate to your seniority in the organisation and the leadership role you occupy.

You will also find a leadership skills area, where important skills for leaders are supported. These range from presentation skills to negotiation, creative thinking to time management, and can be engaged in such a way as to support your personal learning journey.
